Community development in Obbo like in many other rural areas has not been undertaken well due to the effect of many years of civil war. As a result of this many communities are lacking skills in the proper usage of community resources. We need to develop an approach to increase community capacity through; skills development, sharing and proper use of available resources and increasing opportunities for local development.
